Looking to create and send swag kits using items stored in the Stadium warehouse? This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of setting up and sending swag kits via link redemption. Whether you have stock in your locker or items in transit, follow these instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
Here’s how to create and send swag kits via link redemption using the swag items from your inventory on Stadium Locker:
Go to Kits & Items Page:

Expand the Sidebar Menu (if collapsed)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.
(If the menu is already expanded, you can skip this step.)
- Click on the left-facing arrow ( ˂ ) at the top-left corner of the sidebar to expand the navigation menu.

Navigate to Kits & Items
- In the sidebar menu, locate and click on "Kits & Items" to access your kits and send items page.
Create a New Kit:
- Click on "CREATE A KIT"
Choose a Kit Type:
- Select "Kitted Swag Boxes" and click "NEXT" to proceed.
Select Swag Items:
- If there are no available stocks yet, you can SEND SWAG TO US or PURCHASE SWAG.
- If you already have items in the inventory, you can select items to add to your kit.
- You can use the available stocks in your locker or items in transit by using the My Designed Products filter.
- If you have permission to access shared swag in your Workspace, you can also use the filter Designed By Others or All Designed Products.

Filter Swag Inventory:
- Ensure that the country selected is the United States before clicking the filter for "Swag Inventory"
Select and Add Swag Items to your Kit:
- From your Swag Inventory page, select the items you want to include in your kit.
- Specify the quantity of each item you'd like your recipients to receive, then click "ADD TO KIT."
- Click "ADD MORE ITEMS" on the left side if you want to add additional items to your kit.
- Click Swag Inventory again, select another item, and follow the same steps mentioned earlier.

Review Items:
- Review the total quantity of items added next to the US flag. You can click on the arrow to review the names and quantity of the items.
- Once you've finished adding all items to your kit, click "VIEW AND SEND."

Edit Kit Details:
- On the Kits Item page, change the name of the kit for easy reference, then click "NEXT" to continue.
- You can create a global kit if you have non-US recipients.

Indicate Recipient Quantities and Order Type:
- In the Link Settings section, choose "Recipients Redeem".
- Indicate the total quantity of US and non-US recipients.
- For non-US orders with items shipping from our US warehouse, there will be an additional $100 to cover the shipping fee. If you wish to proceed, click on SEND ITEMS GLOBALLY FROM US.
- If you do not want to send the items from our US warehouse to non-US recipients, you may create a Global Kit with on-demand items that are available in your catalog instead. However, please note that on-demand items are shipped directly from the vendors, so each item in your kit will be shipped separately.
Add Recipients on the Recipients Redeem Option
- Add recipient email addresses or information via manual input, CSV, or simply choose the recipients from your list of contacts if you have any.
- Once done, click on NEXT to proceed to the next steps.
Add Recipient Experience
- On the next page, enter the message you wish to appear in the Recipient Landing Page.
- If you wish to add customization, such as a Video Message, check the corresponding box. If not, leave it unchecked and proceed by clicking "NEXT. *This customization is only available if you choose to send invitation links.*
- Select a date when you want the automated emails to be sent out.
- Choose whether you want your recipients to see the items in the kit.
- Click NEXT to proceed.
Customizations
Add Customizations
- Select any customizations you'd like to add, such as a branded sticker or custom-printed note.
- Upload the logos needed for each customization like the box sticker and custom note (if applicable).

Branded Sticker
- This pop-up will appear when you click the UPLOAD IMAGE link under Branded Box Sticker. Please ensure the image is 11 x 4 inches and no more than 5MB in size. Once uploaded, click SAVE.
Custom Printed Note

Upload an Image
This pop-up will appear when you click the ADD CUSTOM NOTE link under Custom note. You may upload an image by clicking on MY DEVICE if you wish to add your own customized note. Please make sure to follow the specs specified to avoid issues with printing.

Write a Note
Alternatively, you may also write a message on your custom note by clicking Write Note. Please note that the maximum number of characters allowed is 500, including the spaces.
Once you are finished, click SAVE to continue
Once done, click NEXT to proceed.
⚠️Important Note:
The box customization option is only available for Kits containing swag items exclusively sourced from the US Warehouse.

Checkout Page
Select Payment Method
- Choose or add your preferred payment method from the options provided.
- Click CONTINUE to proceed.
Add Billing Information
- Add the BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE.

Click CONTINUE to proceed.
Process Payment
- On the order summary page, click "PAY NOW."
Confirmation:
- Congratulations! Your order has been created! You can download your invoice by clicking the download button.
- Please note that a RESTOCK ITEMS button will show up if you do not have enough items at the warehouse.
- If you choose to send the link yourself, you may copy the invite link or download the QR code to share with your recipients.
- If you haven't sent the items to our warehouse yet, instructions on how to send them will show up on the confirmation page.
- To close this window, simply click on the X or DONE button.
Access Kits Home Page
- You'll be directed to your Kit's home page, where you should see the kit you created.
- You can find the order you created by navigating to "SENT GIFTS" tab.
The cool thing is that the next time you want to send the same set of items to a new recipient, you won't need to create a kit again. All you need to do is create a new gift order on your live kit!
Congratulations! Your order has been created. Your recipients will receive the invitation link via email to redeem their swag kits.
