Surprise and delight your recipients with multiple items from your shop, including swag, snacks, and more! This guide explains how to create a Surprise Send Items order in a few simple steps. Note that some items will be shipped separately and you can only place a Send Items order if you do not have any existing shop points in the specific shop where you wish to place the order.

Entry Points to the Send Items feature
There are three entry points to locate the Send Items feature:
Entry Point 1: Stadium Dashboard
- Go to the Home page.
- Navigate to the Live Order section
- Scroll to the right until you find the Send Items card, and click SEND ITEMS.
- You will then be routed to this pop-up page where you will be asked to select a shop or create a new shop using our available templates.
Entry Point 2: Quick Links
- Click the Sender drop-down button and select Send Items under QUICK LINKS.
- You will then be routed to this pop-up page where you will be asked to select a shop or create a new shop using our available templates.
Entry Point 3: My Shops
- Please note that this entry point is only applicable to senders who already have a live shop on their account.
- Click on Sender and select My Shops from the drop-down menu.
- From the My Shops dashboard, click the Live Shop you wish to use for your Send Items order.
- You will then be routed to the specific Shops dashboard.
- Click on the Send Items button on the top right.
- You will then be routed to your Shop's menu page.
Set the Menu Page to 'Send to Others' Mode
- From the menu page, you will find a pop-up page at the top, make sure to select the Send to Others mode before selecting an item.
Selecting the Items to Send To Recipients
When sending items to recipients, you have flexible options for global and country-specific shipping. You can choose to send items within a single country, send the same items globally to all recipients, or create a mixed shipment where some recipients get country-specific items while others receive global items. Understanding these options will help you create the right sending experience for your recipients.
Same Country Shipping
- Select a specific country (e.g., United States, India, or Philippines) to send items to recipients in that country only
- From your current menu page, select the item(s) you wish to send to your recipients that are located in that region and click the ADD TO BAG button.

To continue adding items for recipients in another country, click the country flag icon at the top of the menu. Then select the country where your other recipient(s) are located.
- Once you have finished adding items to your cart, click on the Bag Icon at the top right corner or simply click on the VIEW BAG button on the pop-up page to begin the checkout process.
- You'll be prompted to the My Bag page where you'll see the list of the items you have chosen from various international menus.
- At the bottom, you will find the NAME YOUR ITEMS (OPTIONAL) field where you can name your Send Items order for easy reference. If left blank, it will default to the order number.
- Click NEXT to continue.
Global Only Shipping
- Select "Global" to send the same items to recipients anywhere in the world
- All recipients, including those in the US, will receive the same global items

Note: For locker items (pre-purchased swag) shipping internationally from US, a $100 fulfillment fee applies (does not apply to on-demand items). The fee may also vary based on package size and weight.
Mixed Country and Global Shipping
When you select both Global and a specific country (e.g., US):
- Recipients in the specific country will receive only items from their country's menu
- Recipients outside that country will receive items from the global menu
- Note: Country-specific items take priority over global items for recipients in that country. For example, if you select both Global and US items, US recipients will only receive the US items, while recipients outside the US will receive the global items.
How to Add Recipients
After finalizing your items, you'll be directed to the Add Recipients page to enter the necessary recipient information. Select 'Surprise Recipients, in order to have the ability to add their shipping addresses.
Afterward, go ahead and add your recipients by either adding recipients manually, choosing from your contacts, or Uploading a Sheet,
Adding Recipients Manually
- If you are adding new recipients to your order, click on the INPUT RECIPIENTS button.
- Enter the necessary shipping information of your recipient(s).
- Please ensure all required information is complete for each recipient before adding the next as the system will not allow you to move on if any information is missing.
- You can also delete or update recipient details during this process.
- Once you are done adding all recipients, click on the SAVE button.

Adding Recipients from Your Contacts
- Tick the check box next to each contact you'd like to include in your order.
- If your selected contact has missing information such as the name, phone number, or address, the system will ask you to provide these details after clicking the NEXT button.
- Add the missing recipient details and click SAVE to proceed.
- Once your selected contact already has the necessary shipping details you may click NEXT to proceed.

Adding Recipients and Choosing Preferences by Uploading a Sheet
Filling Out the Template
- When you download the .xlsx template, the file name will include the order number.
- Each country with selected items will have its own tab. Please complete the recipient information in the corresponding tab.
- Fill out columns A through J with recipient information. Note that a phone number is required for recipients outside the U.S. to ensure successful delivery.
Selecting Preferences
- Swag Items: Choose the preference for each item from the dropdown list. Some swag items do not have size or color options, so simply select the default item in the dropdown list in those cases. Leave the 'Restrictions' column blank, as it is not applicable.
- Snacks & Non-Swag Items: Select the default option from the dropdown list.
- International Dietary Restrictions: Generally, restrictions are not applicable for international snack stashes. However, if the option is available, you'll need to type in any dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, vegan, keto, paleo, kosher, nut-free, sustainable, halal, dairy-free, no sugar added).
- US Dietary Restrictions: For US recipients, you can select applicable restrictions for stashes from the dropdown list.

Upload Process
- Click UPLOAD SHEET.
- Drag and drop the file or click SEARCH LOCAL DEVICE to browse for it.
- Select the completed .xlsx file, which should contain the order number in the file name.
- Once uploaded, the contacts will appear and be selected in your contact list.
- Click NEXT to proceed.

Select Recipient Preferences

If you choose to add recipients manually or from your contacts, you'll be prompted to select recipient preferences on the next page, such as color and sizing (if applicable) for each recipient. You may also need to provide dietary restrictions for snack items.
- If you added a recipient that is not located in the country you have set up for the gift, the system will automatically remove the recipient and display an error message "recipient fall outside of the countries you have set up the gift for and haven't been added."
- For any apparel items, please make sure that you check the size guide to ensure accurate size selections.
- If you do not have their sizes or preferences yet, you may click on "SKIP, I'LL ADD LATER"
- If you have added their preferences, click on the NEXT button to proceed.
- If preferences are not required for the selected item, the Select Preferences page will display 'No contacts available for this page.'
- You can simply click 'Next' to proceed."

Adding Recipient Note
- A personalized note will be included with your package to let recipients know who sent it.
- Specify the sender name you’d like to appear in the "From" field.
- Add a custom message for your recipient.
- **Disclaimer:** Some items may be shipped separately and not all partners will include custom note.
- Click 'NEXT' to continue.
Checkout Page & Customizations
Customizations
**Note that this option will only be available if you have selected items (snacks or pre-purchased swag) that are being shipped directly from our warehouse to recipients who are located within the US & Canada.
- If you wish to add customizations to your box at an additional cost per recipient, you can select the available options. If you do not wish to add customizations, click 'NEXT' to proceed to the next steps.
Select Payment Method
- Select or add your preferred payment method
- Scroll down and enter the BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE.
- Click NEXT to proceed.
Review Order and Finalized the Payment
- Review the summary of your order before proceeding to payment.
- Once you are satisfied, click PAY NOW to complete the payment.
Confirmation
- Congratulations! Your order has been created! You can download your invoice by clicking the download button.
- Please note that a RESTOCK ITEMS button will show up if you do not have enough items at the warehouse.
- You will then see this confirmation page for your order. On this same page, you will have the option to download the order summary and review the payment breakdown.
- Click DONE to close out this page.

Order Status Overview
After completing your order and closing the confirmation pop-up, you'll be directed to the order dashboard. Here's an explanation of the different order statuses and tabs you'll encounter:
1. INCOMPLETE Tab

- All recipient orders begin here, and the status will initially show as PROCESSING. This process typically takes a few minutes.

- Orders with errors (except inventory errors) remain in this tab. To view error details, hover over the i icon next to Incomplete.
- You will receive an email if any information is missing or if preferences still need to be selected, along with instructions on how to address these issues.
2. INVENTORY ERROR Tab

- Orders with inventory-related issues (for pre-purchased swag) are moved here. You may need to restock if necessary.
3. SENT Tab

- Successfully processed orders are moved to this tab, showing the recipient's email address, a green "Sent" status, and the process date next to it.
Where To View Your Send Items Orders
All created Send Items orders can be found in your Kits & Sent Items dashboard. You will also have the option to view and manage your order on the same page. Here's how you can get there:
- After creating the order you can click ←BACK TO SENT GIFTS then ←BACK TO KITS AND SENT ITEMS or simply click on this link here: Kits & Sent Items
- Alternatively, you can click on the Sender option from the Stadium homepage and then select Kits & Sent Items.
- You'll be directed to the Kits & Sent Items dashboard, where you can view all your created orders. Just click on the tile of the order you want to check to get more details.
