With the launch of our new Send Items feature, we've expanded the capabilities of our current Swag Kits flow to cater to a wider range of customer needs. Previously, our Swag Kits were limited to sending swag items, but we've received numerous requests from customers looking to send Kits that include a variety of products. The Send Items feature now allows you to combine Swag Kits with different types of products from your Shop and send them to any number of recipients with just a few simple steps.
This enhancement is designed to provide greater flexibility and convenience, ensuring you can create the perfect kit for any occasion. Here is the step-by-step guide to creating your Send Items Order, selecting the Recipients Redeem option;

Entry Points to the Send Items feature
There are three entry points to locate the Send Items feature:
Entry Point 1: Stadium Dashboard
- Go to the Home page.
- Navigate to the Live Order section, and scroll to the right to reach the very bottom selection.
- You will find a card specific for Send Items, click on the Send Items option
- You will then be routed to this pop-up page where you will be asked to select a shop or create a new shop using our available templates.
Entry Point 2: Navigation Bar
- Go to the Navigation Bar found at the top of the webpage.
- Click on the drop-down button beside Sender to view more options.
- Select Send Items
- You will then be routed to this pop-up page where you will be asked to select a shop or create a new shop using our available templates.
Entry Point 3: My Shops
- Please note that this entry point if only applicable for those who already have a created Shop on their account.
- Go to the Navigation bar, and select My Shops from the options.
- From the My Shops dashboard, click the Live Shop you wish to use for your Send Items.
- You will then be routed to the specific Shops dashboard.
- Click on the Send Items button on your screen's right side.
Understanding the Modes of Send Items
The Send Items feature offers an additional, streamlined way to set up your orders through two distinct modes. This enhancement provides greater flexibility and ease, allowing you to customize and send orders more efficiently.
What are the two modes of Send Items?
The two modes that you can choose from are;
- Send to Myself - if you wish to place an order for your self.
- Send to Others - if you are planning to place an order for someone else.
Important to Note!
The Mode options for Send Items are only visible for users who do not have any Shop Points allotted on the selected Shop. Meaning, that if you have Shop Points available for that specific shop, you won't be able to see the option to select a mode.
Here are the differences between a Shop where the Mode Option is Visible versus No Mode Option:
Where can I access the mode options?
You will find this option as soon as you enter the Shop page. This will automatically pop up and the page says, "Who do you want to send items to?"
Alternatively, you can click the envelope icon found at the top of the menu page.
How to know on what mode I am currently on?
This indicates that you are on Send to Others mode. | |
This indicates that you are on Send to Myself mode. |
How does this work?
From the pop-up page, just simply select whichever mode you prefer and click on DONE. Then you can now proceed to place your order.
Additional Key Features When Adding Items to Cart for Send Items Orders
The Send Items feature has been enhanced to make the ordering process even simpler. Previously, senders had to select preferences for their recipients when placing an order for them. Now, this step has been improved, and all preferences will be gathered from the recipients during the redemption process. This update ensures a smoother experience for both senders and recipients, allowing for more personalized and accurate gift selections.
**Please note that in the Send to Others mode, you act as the Sender. In the Send to Myself mode, you are the recipient of your own order.
Sending Items to Multiple Countries in One Order Using the "Send to Others" Mode
With the "Send to Others" mode, you can seamlessly send products to recipients located in different countries within a single order. This feature allows you to choose from various country-specific menu selections, making it easier to manage and deliver items globally without the hassle of placing multiple orders. Whether you’re sending corporate gifts or personal presents, this option simplifies the process and ensures your recipients receive their items efficiently.
**Please note that this will only be available when you are on Send to Others mode and not on Send to Myself mode.
Here's how this works:
- First. make sure that you are currently on Sent to Others mode before selecting an item to order by clicking on the envelope button found at the top of the menu page.
- From your current menu page, select the item(s) you wish to send to your recipients that are located in that region and click the ADD TO BAG button to include the item in your cart.

Proceed to the next location you wish to work on, and click on the country flag icon situated at the top of the menu. Choose the following country where your other recipient(s) is located.
- Once you are done adding the items to your cart, click on the Bag Icon at the top right corner or simply click on the View Bag button on the pop-up page after you click on Add to Bag.
- In your shopping cart, you will find a list of the items you have chosen from various international menus. In this section, you can specify the number of recipients for each country or location.
**Kindly be advised that should you opt to switch to the SENT TO MYSELF mode while your bag contains items from various countries, only the item(s) selected from the country currently displayed at the top of the menu page will be retained in your bag following this change and the other items selected from the other country menu page will be removed from your bag.
- On this same page, scroll down at the bottom and you will find this option to NAME YOUR ITEMS, this is only optional though. If you do not add a name to this set of orders you have made the system will use the order number by default. Upon completion, kindly select the NEXT button to proceed to the next steps in setting up your order.
The Checkout Page & Customizations
There will be variations in the checkout page steps and processes between the "Send to Myself" and "Send to Other" modes. The steps in this section are segregated based on the modes.

SEND TO MYSELF MODE
Review Your Cart
- After selecting the items you want to send to yourself, from the My Bag page, review your order and if you are good with the items, click on CHECKOUT
Enter Shipping Address
- Set the shipping address on where you would like to order items to be delivered.
- Once done, click on CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.
Select Payment Method
- Select or add a payment method for your order.
- Once done, click on REVIEW & PAY.
Review & Pay
- Finalize your order by clicking on PAY NOW.
SEND TO OTHERS MODE
Review Your Cart
- After selecting the items you want to send to your recipients, from the My Bag page, review your order. Your ordered items are properly organized per country, and per items that are shipped separately or shipped together.
- Once are good to go with the selected items, click on NEXT.
Add Recipients
From the My Bag page, after you have finalized the products you would like to order for your recipients. You will be routed to this page. On this page, you will start setting up the Gift Order based on your preference.
- Select the type of order on how you would like the gift to be sent to your recipients — via Redemption Link or as a Surprise. In this example, we will select "Recipients Redeem".
- Add the correct number of recipients you have in each country, if you have selected items from different country menu selections.
- Add recipient email addresses or information via manual input, CSV or simply choosing the recipients from your list of contacts if you have any.
- Once done, click on NEXT to proceed to the next steps.

Recipient Experience
- Add a personal message to your recipients. This will be the first thing they will see after they click on the redemption link. You have a preview of the landing page on the right side.
- You can also add a Video Message to make it more personalized, but this is optional.
- Set how you would like the invitation emails to be sent to your recipients.
- Tick the box for Item Redemption if you wish your recipients to have a view of the items you have picked out for them.
- Click NEXT once done.
Customizations
**Please note that this option will only be available for you if you have selected items that are being shipped directly from our warehouse and only those recipients who are located within the US will receive the set customizations. This is labeled as SHIPS FROM STADIUM on the My Bag page.
Please refer to the sample cart below for a more comprehensive understanding of the aforementioned context:
- If you would like to add customizations for your box with additional cost per recipient, just simply select from the customizations available. If you do not want any box customizations, just simply click on the Next button to proceed to the next steps.
Payment & Review
- Review the order details
- Select a payment method
- Make sure to add your Billing Country and Billing Zip Code/PIN
- Click NEXT
Complete Your Order
- Finalize your order by clicking on the PAY NOW button.
- You will then see this confirmation page for your order. On this same page, you will have the option to download the order summary, review the payment breakdown, get the invite link, and the additional steps to complete your order.
- Click DONE to close out this page.
Where To View Your Send Items Orders
Wondering where you can find your Send Items order after you have placed them? You can find them in your Kits & Sent Items dashboard. Also, from you same page you will have the option to view and manage your order. Here's how you can get there:
- You can just simply click on this link: Kits & Sent Items
- Alternatively, from the Stadium homepage, go to the navigation bar found at the top of the page, and click on the Sender option to view more options. Then, select Kits & Sent Items.
- You will be routed to this page where you will find the created Send Items order(s). Just simply click on the tile if you want to check your order.
