**Please note that recipients will not be asked to provide their addresses if their send items kit contains only e-gift cards.

Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Send Items Order with Only E-Gift Cards:
Login
- Begin by logging in to your Stadium account at the Stadium website.
Navigating the Dashboard
- From the home screen, click on the Sender tab then select Kits & Sent Items.
- Once you are in the Kits & Sent Items menu, click on the SEND ITEMS tab found in the upper right corner of your screen.
Selecting your Shop
- A pop-up window will appear where you can either select an existing shop or create a new one using our available templates.
**Since you’ll be sending E-Gift cards ONLY, please ensure that the shop you select has E-Gift cards available or enabled.
Choose the Sending Mode
- Once you enter the Shop page, a pop-up will appear with the prompt, "Who do you want to send items to?" Alternatively, you can click the envelope icon found at the top of the menu page.

From here you can choose from the following options:
- Send to Myself - if you wish to place an order for yourself.
- Send to Others - if you are planning to place an order for someone else.
**Please note that in the Send to Others mode, you act as the Sender. In the Send to Myself mode, you are the recipient of your own order.
- To make a change, simply select your preferred mode and click "DONE." You can then proceed to place your order.
Choosing E-Gift Cards
- As you’ll be sending E-Gift cards, go to the GIFT CARDS tab in your shop and select the cards you wish to send to your recipient.

You’ll have the option to select the quantity and denomination of the E-Gift cards.
Sending Items to Multiple Countries in One Order Using the "Send to Others" Mode
**Please note that this will only be available when you are on Send to Others mode and not on Send to Myself mode.
Here's how this works:
- First. make sure that you are currently on Sent to Others mode before selecting an item to order by clicking on the envelope button found at the top of the menu page.
- From your current menu page, select the items you wish to send to your recipients that are located in that region and click the ADD TO BAG button to include the item in your cart.

Proceed to the next location you wish to work on, and click on the country flag icon situated at the top of the menu. Choose the following country where your other recipient(s) is located.
- Once you are done adding the items to your cart, click on the Bag Icon at the top right corner or simply click on the View Bag button on the pop-up page after you click on Add to Bag.
**Please note that if you switch to "Send to Myself" while your bag contains items from various countries, you’ll have the option to select a specific country for your order. Items from other countries not selected will be removed from your bag.
- On this page, scroll to the bottom to find the option to name your items—this is optional. If you don't add a name, the system will use the order number by default. Once you're done, click the "NEXT" button to proceed with setting up your order.
SEND TO MYSELF MODE CHECKOUT
If you're placing an order in "Send to Other" mode, you can skip the steps for "Send to Myself" mode. Simply proceed to SEND TO OTHERS MODE CHECKOUT ↓.
Review Your Cart

After selecting the items you want to send to yourself, go to the My Bag page. Review your order, and if everything looks good, click on CHECKOUT.
Enter Shipping Address
- Set the shipping address on where you would like to order items to be delivered.
- Once done, click on CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.
Select Payment Method
- Select or add a payment method for your order.
- Once done, click on REVIEW & PAY.
Review & Pay
- Finalize your order by clicking on PAY NOW.
SEND TO OTHER MODE CHECKOUT
Review Your Cart
- After selecting the E-Gift Cards you want to send to your recipients, from the My Bag page, review your order.
- Once are good to go with the selected items, click on NEXT.
Add Recipients
From the My Bag page, after you have finalized the products you would like to order for your recipients. You will be routed to this page. On this page, you will start setting up the Gift Order based on your preference.
- Select the type of order on how you would like the gift to be sent to your recipients — via Redemption Link or as a Surprise.
- Add the correct number of recipients you have in each country.
- Add recipient email addresses or information via manual input, CSV or simply choosing the recipients from your list of contacts if you have any.
- Once done, click on NEXT to proceed to the next steps.
Recipient Experience
- Add a personal message to your recipients. This will be the first thing they will see after they click on the redemption link. You have a preview of the landing page on the right side.
- You can also add a Video Message to make it more personalized, but this is optional.
- Set how you would like the invitation emails to be sent to your recipients.
- Tick the box for Item Redemption if you wish your recipients to have a view of the items you have picked out for them.
- Click NEXT once done.
Payment & Review
- Review the order details
- Select a payment method
- Make sure to add your Billing Country and Billing Zip Code/PIN
- Click NEXT
Complete Your Order
- Finalize your order by clicking on the PAY NOW button.
- You will then see this confirmation page for your order. On this same page, you will have the option to download the order summary, review the payment breakdown, get the invite link, and the additional steps to complete your order.
- Click DONE to close out this page.
Where To View Your Send Items Orders
To find your Send Items order, go to your Kits & Sent Items dashboard. From there, you can view and manage your order.
Here’s how:
- You can just simply click on this link: Kits & Sent Items
- Alternatively, from the Stadium homepage, go to the navigation bar found at the top of the page, and click on the Sender option to view more options. Then, select Kits & Sent Items.
- You will be routed to this page where you will find the created Send Items order(s). Just simply click on the tile if you want to check your order.
