Sending personalized gifts to your recipients is a great way to show appreciation, whether it’s for a special occasion or just to surprise them. If you want your recipients to redeem the gift items you have personally selected for them, you’re in the right place. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to create a Send Items order for recipients to redeem via an invitation link, ensuring a smooth and personalized gifting experience. Note that some items will be shipped separately and you can only place a Send Items order if you do not have any existing shop points in the specific shop where you wish to place the order.

Entry Points to the Send Items feature
There are three entry points to locate the Send Items feature:
Entry Point 1: Stadium Dashboard
- Go to the Home page.
- Navigate to the Live Order section, and scroll to the right to reach the very bottom selection.
- You will find a card specific for Send Items, click on the Send Items option
- You will then be routed to this pop-up page where you will be asked to select a shop or create a new shop using our available templates.
Entry Point 2: Navigation Bar
- Go to the Navigation Bar found at the top of the webpage.
- Click on the drop-down button beside Sender to view more options.
- Select Send Items
- You will then be routed to this pop-up page where you will be asked to select a shop or create a new shop using our available templates.
Entry Point 3: My Shops
- Please note that this entry point if only applicable for those who already have a created Shop on their account.
- Go to the Navigation bar, and select My Shops from the options.
- From the My Shops dashboard, click the Live Shop you wish to use for your Send Items.
- You will then be routed to the specific Shops dashboard.
- Click on the Send Items button on your screen's right side.
- You will then be routed to your Shop's menu page.
Set the Menu Page to 'Send to Others' Mode
- From the menu page, you will find a pop-up page at the top, make sure to select the Sent to Others mode before selecting an item.
Selecting the items to send to recipients
If your recipients are all located in the same country
- Select the menu for the country where your recipients are located before choosing an item for them. To change the country menu, click the country logo at the top of the menu page.
- Once you're on the correct menu page, select the item(s) you wish to send to your recipients from that location and add them to your cart
- Please note that the quantity you select for each item determines how many each recipient will receive.
If your recipients are located in different countries
We fulfill international orders through our regional partner network, so menu selections may vary by country.
To send items to multiple recipients in different countries, you must choose items from the corresponding country menus. If you've already selected items from one country, simply switch to another country menu to select gifts for recipients in that country.
For example, if you have recipients in the US, India, and the Philippines, select items from each country's menu, add them to your cart, then switch to the next country menu to select items for recipients there. Repeat this process until you've selected gifts for all countries.

Alternatively, you can use the 'Global Menu' to select items for recipients located in multiple countries.
**Please note that items from the Global Menu are available to all recipients, regardless of location. However, if you select items from a specific country, the recipients on that specific country will only receive the items chosen from that particular country and will not receive the items selected from the Global Menu.
Example: If you select a cap from the Global Menu, a mug from the US Menu, and a tote bag from the India Menu, recipients in the US will only receive the mug, not the cap. Recipients in India will only receive the tote bag, not the cap. The cap will be available to recipients in other countries, but not in the US or India.
Review Your Cart
- After selecting the items you want to send to your recipients, from the My Bag page, review your order. Your ordered items are properly organized per country, and per items that are shipped separately or shipped together.
- Please note that the quantity you select for each item determines how many each recipient will receive.
- Once are good to go with the selected items, click on NEXT.
Complete the Order Form
Add Recipients
From the My Bag page, after you have finalized the products you would like to order for your recipients. You will be routed to the order form.
- Select Recipients Redeem
- Add the number of recipients you have in each country or location.
- Add recipient email addresses or information via manual input, CSV or simply choosing the recipients from your list of contacts if you have any.
- Once done, click on NEXT to proceed to the next steps.
Recipient Experience
- Add a personal message to your recipients. This will be the first thing they will see after they click on the redemption link. You have a preview of the landing page on the right side.
- You can also add a Video Message to make it more personalized, but this is optional.
- Set how you would like the invitation emails to be sent to your recipients.
- Tick the box for Item Redemption if you wish your recipients to have a view of the items you have picked out for them.
- Click NEXT once done.
Customizations
**Please note that this option will only be available for you if you have selected items that are being shipped directly from our warehouse and only those recipients who are located within the US will receive the set customizations. This is labeled as SHIPS FROM STADIUM on the My Bag page.
Please refer to the sample cart below for a more comprehensive understanding of the aforementioned context:
- If you would like to add customizations for your box with additional cost per recipient, just simply select from the customizations available. If you do not want any box customizations, just simply click on the Next button to proceed to the next steps.
Please note that customizations are only available for kits with items shipping from the Stadium Warehouse.
Payment & Review
- Review the order details
- Select a payment method
- Make sure to add your Billing Country and Billing Zip Code/PIN
- Click NEXT
Complete Your Order
- Finalize your order by clicking on the PAY NOW button.
- You will then see this confirmation page for your order. On this same page, you will have the option to download the order summary, review the payment breakdown, get the invite link, and the additional steps to complete your order.
- Click DONE to close out this page.
